COVID-19 LCMS methods

Update 12/30/2020

Throughout 2020 we have attempted to assist in the development of diagnostic and research assays for the detection of SARS-COV-2 infected tissues.

Our first, fully in silico developed methods were made available in the supplemental information in this March 2020 preprint at BioRXIV.

An updated set of methods, filtered for high mutation potential and targets with high homology to human and the human microbiome are available for download in this updated preprint from April of 2020.

For experimentally developed methods, we recommend the methods presented in this MedRXIV preprint by Van Puyvelde et al.,
